"Mrs. Tronæs" Creamy Fish Soup

Creamy fish soup made with fish stock, white wine, and dill. Served with salmon, white fish, hand-peeled shrimp, carrot, and celeriac. It is accompanied by homemade bread and whipped butter.

Crispy, breaded chicken breast served on romaine lettuce tossed in our classic Caesar dressing with anchovies, garlic, and lemon. Topped with grated Grana Padano, cress, and radish.
