Corporate Dinner Menus
At GamlaVærket, we offer four carefully balanced event menus, tailored to any occasion. Our culinary philosophy is rooted in traditional dishes made with the finest Norwegian ingredients, with a focus on flavor, quality, and sustainability. Each menu is designed to provide guests with a memorable culinary experience and includes a festively decorated table to create an elegant setting for your event.
Our group menus are served in our private function rooms or in the restaurant, set within Gamlaværket’s historic surroundings. To enhance the dining experience, we have carefully selected wine recommendations for each menu, chosen to complement the flavours of every dish. Guests are also welcome to explore our curated wine list and select their own favourites.
To ensure everything is prepared for your event, we kindly ask that menu selections be confirmed at least 10 days in advance, unless otherwise agreed.
All guests in the group must select the same menu. Group menus are available for parties of 10 guests or more.
We also take allergies and special dietary needs into account when notified in advance, so that meals can be tailored to each guest.

Served with cauliflower-nduja cream made with nduja from ASK Farm, flambéed cauliflower pieces, and fresh cress

Chamberlain Bentzon's Menu
A tribute to the classic dishes of Gamlaværket, rooted in deep culinary tradition, featuring an exquisite fish soup, tender beef tenderloin, and a classic chocolate mousse.
"Mrs. Tronæs" Creamy Fish Soup
Our signature soup, prepared according to a traditional recipe, features fresh fish, hand-peeled shrimp, and finely cut vegetables in a silky, creamy broth. It is served with freshly baked bread and organic Røros butter. A true classic that captures the essence of Norwegian coastal tradition.

"Chamberlain Bentzson's" Tenderloin
Beef tenderloin cooked sous vide to perfect tenderness, served with a rich red wine sauce, silky celery root purée, crisp kale, and golden-brown cauliflower.
